We're on the scout for an experienced Account Director to take a seat within a mighty independent advertising agency. This is a freshly created role following a new business win (a giant in the retail sector) and you'll be key to developing that piece of business. It's a good challenge with enough autonomy to make it your own, and with the direct support of the CEO and MD.

Your tool box contains:

• Experience of brand building and brand strategy, and high comfort working TTL on well known consumer brands
• Ability to build strong working relationships with brand-side marketing teams
• Great interpersonal skills: you enjoy working closely with your colleagues in creative and strategy
• Ability to spot opportunities and maximise success for your agency: you're probably a natural here
• Genuine interest in the work
• Nice to have: previous experience working with US-based clients
