Significant opportunity for an Account Director to help get a couple of brands on the map, build your career to Business Director and do work you're proud of.

Our client is an outstanding and dynamic creative agency, known for its big heart and legacy of delivering exceptional work. Following continued business growth, the team is looking forward to welcoming an experienced Account Director to their fold.

In terms of clients, you will likely be working on a blend of work: helping an etailer launch a new category into the UK; bringing to life a huge UK company by developing their first TVCs; and driving engagement through content and social for a much loved UK brand. Each brand has different hopes and dreams, and the solutions will therefore be bespoke for each.

As the Account Director on the team you'll enjoy plenty of stretch to do your job well, be recognised and rewarded, and continue your development:

  • There is plenty of support around you: senior leadership to learn from, plus brilliant strategy team and creative department to work alongside
  • You'll be centrally involved in client conversations and will lead the tone of the agency/client relationship day to day
  • You will also work with the MD to identify opportunities within each account and activate further account growth
  • Lead meetings, build presentations decks, present work
  • Gain advanced client management skills
  • You will have plenty of opportunity to build on your commercial ability by taking responsibility for account finances, forecasting and fee negotiations
  • You'll manage a very capable Account Manager, who is eager to learn and grow their own career too
  • Full responsibility over campaign delivery

For this role, we would love to hear from you if you are:

  • Established at Account Director level. This means you have probably completed a couple of annual cycles for at least one client as an Account Director
  • Absolutely from an integrated advertising agency and love working in a highly creative environment. You are confident with TVCs and ATL, but also have robust understanding of social, content and other deliverables
  • More interested in working with lesser known brands and helping them truly transform
  • At home in an independent creative agency as opposed a large network. You most definitely work better in an agile environment with less structure. No job is beneath you, and equally you're keen to be stretched at a senior level.
  • Genuinely a good person to work with. You love your job and it shows.

Salary in the region of £60,000 - £65,000 plus excellent benefits.

Hybrid working set-up is minimum of 3 days in their central London office. If you are looking for a more flexbile or remote set-up, this one is probably not for you.
