2024 has been enormous fun for our client - a creative agency in central London. Plenty of growth and pitch wins, and a headcount that is fast-approaching 100.

With new clients to welcome into the agency, a busy schedule of existing work and burgeoning headcount across departments, 2025 will bring a sharper focus on operational effectiveness. This is, hopefully, where you come in.

As such, we're looking for an experienced Operations Lead who understands what makes marketing agencies and their people tick, how to resolve pain points and encourage great process, support the creative product, keep workstreams flowing and protect the bottom line.

You might come from a project management or creative services background, or equally you could be a client service lead who has been gaining increased oversight into agency ops this year.
